[annevolve] Need SVN Help Again

I was using SVN OK on my main computer, but then I bought a 2nd computer 
(less powerful) which I am using at the moment.  I downloaded and 
installed SVN.  This is a Win XP system.

I don't know how to make SVN work on this computer.  I suppose that I 
have to start with update, but when the command is "svn update" it 
doesn't do anything.   It puts out the message "Skipped ','"

What do I have to do to use SVN on this computer?
