[ANNOUNCE] Apache UIMA Cas Editor version 2.2.2-incubating

The Apache UIMA community is pleased to announce the availability of the
Apache UIMA Cas Editor release version 2.2.2-incubating.
The 2.2.2-incubating release is the first release at Apache UIMA

The Apache UIMA Cas Editor is an annotation tool which supports manual  
and
automatic annotation (via running UIMA annotators) of CAS files.
