I've implemented the new features but there are issues with licensing and so forth. My sbsms library requires libfftw3 and libsamplerate, which, according to what i've read, both have issues regarding the proper usage of the GPL license, and so cannot be included in binary distributions of audacity. I could either implement this as a ladspa plug-in or use libresample and my own fft code, which would reduce the quality/speed. Which would be better?
