feature request: IAM commands 'c-get-input-ports', 'c-get-output-ports'

Hi Kai,

First, thanks for all the recent features and fixes.

It would help Nama to know what JACK ports a given chain
connects to.  I envision it working something like this:

nama> c-select Main
nama> c-get-output-ports  # returns Nama:out_1 Nama:out_2
