Get each page to add /comp/footer, instead of using an autohandler.  This
is how the rest of the site does it; consistency is good.

Added newFromId and Remove (both already added to the live branch).
In ->Insert, added a way to tell (a) whether a new album_cdtoc was actually
added, and (b) what the relevant cdtoc.id value is.
