What's happening there is that the "Clear Filter" button resets the
selection back to the "Any" option, but the buttons are hidden from
sight. I think it's a little confusing because it does act as "any
voter" unless you've selected a vote, in which case it only searches for
your votes. At a guess, that might be because a search for all edits
where anyone voted yes sounds like the sort of query that kills the
database...
