After submitting the following edit, http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=9477840, I came across the following on the official home page while trying to do some further clean-up: "Ring Road Records History Kyle Reidy, lead singer of Mar, originally started the Ring Road Records label in 2005 as an outlet for his music. Other bands such as Benjamin Del Shreve, Jonathan Taylor Rose, Pyramid, Gingerbread Patriots and the Doldrums were all part of the “informal” label. In 2007, Kyle teamed up with Fayetteville attorney Mark Velasquez, an avid music lover and Mar fan, to form Ring Road Records as a registered Limited Liability Company. While Mar is the only band signed with the reorganized Ring Road Records label, some from the original group, and many other talented artists, will hopefully be joining Mar on the label soon." It would appear that an informal label "Ring Road Records" existed from 2005-2007, when "Ring Road Records, LLC" was formed. Should these be two distinct labels? Please note I don't have any additional information other than what is on the website, I just stumbled across this.
