Installation problems with 1.0-rc1

I dont know if anyone can assist me with this, but I
hope so!

I've been trying to install NJ 1.0-rc1 for about a
week or so now (on and off) - and after having
problems installing via the web - eventually used the
trick of using the toolkit, and manually setting up
the inc-prefs

Anyway - after getting NJ to work - I now get the odd
error from time to time elsewhere. The current problem
being when setting up "APPEARANCE PREFERENCES":

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class sunshine in
/home/httpd/vhosts/urlname/httpdocs/netjuke/var/html/themes/sunshine.php
on line 5"

(urlname = actual location name of course)

Can anyone give me a pointer as to what I'm doing
wrong? Is the version tooo old, or am I overlooking
something very obvious?
