If you have doxygen installed you can generate your own copy of the
documentation in a multitude of formats (including postscript for
printing and HTML files for local browsing in a web browser). All the
relevant files are included in the portaudio sources, you simply need to
run "doxygen Doxyfile" at the top level, possibly customising Doxyfile
to control what formats are generated.
