Thinking longer-term, perhaps you could nominate a branch as the
“integration” branch; i.e. a branch that is, on an ongoing basis, the
trunk of the project and is the one that needs to be kept in a
releasable state (with all feature development done in separate
branches, as now). Ideally, that would be the already-published
<URL:http://bzr.bugseverywhere.org/be>.

Put simply, I don't have the personal bandwidth for consistent awareness
of anything but a single “here's what's coming down the pipe for the
next version” branch, that is always the same branch.
