Possilbe bug with 'Copy To '

Hi Guys might have found a possible bug - thought i'd run it through here first.

Am running 1.1.6; if i have a project that has 1 or more sub projects. If i populate the parent with
Version/Categories/Copy users/et al if i then try and 'copy to' one of those child items the child doesn't
appear on the list. Now the parent and children are all private but i am admit so it should still work. Yet if
you go to the child and 'copy from/to' it does appear on the list.

Is this a bug or a feature? :)
