Download nuxeo 5.1 EP question

Hi,
I would like to ask you this:

The link present on sw download page: *[http://www.nuxeo.org/sections/downloads/]*
allows to obtain the full web application or is only a{color:#ff6600}* _demo_
*{color}{color:#000000}that need, later, other installation?

The package available, is completed and self-contained to works correctly, or is need other, eventually
to purchase and not included on open source code

I'm refering to obtain the basic fetures as the documentation storage, her versioning and her review management.
