How to go back from user_dashboard page?

Hi,

One of my colleagues has set the theme of a workspace to:
- theme = default
- page = user_dashboard

Result: now the appearance of the workspace is the same as the dashboard, but I can not return to the default
appearance because there is no theme button.
Can you help me, please?
