a few questions about legal case

Hello,

1.Is it permissible by legal case developers to use it in a small law 
office environment that is not non-profit?  I cannot understand by the 
website if you are saying it is developed with non-profit in mind or it 
is restricted to non-profit.

2.I am using the latest devel version.  One criticism I'd read a while 
back was about how it didn't seem to have any time-keeping or case note 
utilities.  Has this been resolved in recent versions?
