No restriction at all. It was initially developped for some
types of non-profits in mind in the beginning, but non-profits
have very varied requirements anyway.

The licence is GNU GPL, which gives the freedom to use,
distribute and modify the software, as long as it is under
the same terms.

It has basic support. Can you try the latest 0.7.x version?
If there are small features that can be added to make it more
usable, feel free to suggest.

Altough, to be very honest, the development has been rather
slow these days, but I still monitor and support the software.
