libmysqlclient

Hello

Win32, Perl 5.6.1, MySQL 4.0.13-nt
I'm trying to use snortsnarf with snortDBinput module. The module cannot
contact the MySQL database probably due to a missing file: 
libmysqlclient.so 
Anyone know where I can find that file without compiling the mysql
source?
