We will add release date and status to the page.

There are some candidate for the license.
We are discussing about the most suitable licenses.

The present candidates are as follows.

- GPL ver.2
- LGPL ver.2
- GPL ver.3
- LGPL ver.3
- APL ver.2
- MIT license

Probably, we will choose the license for each component.

This page lacks release date. Users may want to see when the file is
released or updated.
And the page don't say the release status. Alpha? Beta? Production?
It will help users ( or developers) to understand what is needed.(test?)
