nominations Re: Digest of announce <at> documentfoundation.org issue 104 (116)

Hi :)
Jean, Hazel, anyone?  

It would be great to see someone from Documentation put themselves forwards for election to the varuious
ruling committees.  At the moment there is a heavy gender bias so imo it would be even better to see some of
the ladies here step forwards.
