The thing I do not think will be easy is the "up-side-town" text for 5, 6, F, B section of the page. The desktop publishing software I use to use, would not make it easy at all, but major head-scratching and cursing to get a proper flowing text between sections. I like the Rosary booklet idea. Some of the ladies in this apartment tower would want copies for themselves and their friends. Creating the 4 column half-height landscaped pages printed one way and then the other, is east to do with LibreOffice. It is as easy as printing duplexed printing with a non-duplex laser printer. One side at a time. It was faster that way even though my b/w laser printer prints duplex.
