The error was I need to update my uboot.

I didn't even put a uboot in my upk.  I dont want to damage uboot.
If i change the env  cur_uboot   to match my upk versions, it flashes
correctly.

disable_upk_version_check HAS to disable the uboot check also.

Needs fixing asap.
