SupplierCode is 50 Characters

We have some very long SupplierCodes.  In checking the database we see that a
SupplierCode may be up to 50 characters.  The PurchData.php prompts for this
code in two places.  In the first instance, size=15 and maxlength=18.  In
the second instance size=15 and maxlength=15.

We have changed the fields to be consistent in both places as follows:

size=20
maxlength=50

If such is acceptable, could it be changed moving forwards?
