[sshfs] sshfs support at rsync.net

John Kozubik from rsync.net emailed me about supporting sshfs in their
service, for which I'm thankful. Here's the full announcement:

> rsync.net, a provider of secure offsite filesystems (for offsite data
> storage, disaster recovery, etc.) offers full support FUSE utilities like
> sshfs.
>
> In addition to providing native support for backup tools like rsync,
> rdiff-backup, duplicity and Unison, rsync.net is open to the unrestricted
> use of the ssh protocol, which makes mounting your offsite filesystem
> locally, with sshfs, possible.
>
> rsync.net offers a 50% discount to open source software developers and
> contributors, as well as a very progressive, no-nonsense corporate
> philosophy:
