If you are using the Redhat modded qlogic driver ( qla2200 5.31.RH1) then pass the argument 'max_host_luns=128' as a kernel argument before loading your module. that's the only legitimate problem I've had, the qlogicfc driver saw all of my luns correctly the first time. Are you using a parallel RAID or FC RAID box? If so, do you have all of your luns mapped to each host?
