Java 7

I recently replaced my Oracle JRE 6 installations on my Windows boxes with
JRE 7. Unfortunately this makes feeds depending on
http://repo.roscidus.com/java/openjdk-6-jre unhappy.
The attached patch adds JRE/JDK 7 detection for Windows.
<at> Thomas: Would you consider adding
http://repo.roscidus.com/java/openjdk-7-jre and
http://repo.roscidus.com/java/openjdk-7-jdk feeds (listing openjdk-7-jre and
openjdk-7-jdk <package-implementation>s)?
We could then have http://repo.roscidus.com/java/openjdk-jre and
http://repo.roscidus.com/java/openjdk-jdk which point to the Java 6 and 7
feeds via <feed /> for applications that don't care about the exact Java
version.
