[PATCH] read volume label from last session of optical multisession disk

Read the last recorded session of a multisession disk, cause we read the
label of the first session and that shows up on the desktop, but while
mounting it, the kernel mounts the last recorded session and that may
not match with the label read by HAL.

Seems to work here, but would be nice, if someone with such a disk can
test it, if it shows the right label, that matches the session.
