i tried to do so and avoided to mention that i would offer money regardless of 
community's accordance on my private homepage's wiki. i talked about offers a 
lot and now feel like i should make it official.

My rewards are more or less regardless of communities acceptance. for example i 
have no idea if my concept of paving areas (my favourite feature of those) is 
widely accepted to be a great benefit for the game (i guess so: less micro 
management. no clearing before building needed. no blocking buildings that have 
not yet been started). if someone provides a patch with that feature that meets 
quality standards but that doesn't stay in the code as a whole i would buy it 
anyways and vote for leaving it in.
