Visit the volity.net forums

Hi all,

These sourceforge-hosted mailing lists have been rendered obsolete by
the web/RSS-based forums at volity.net. I'm going to keep the lists up
for archival purposes, but am removing links to the volity.org mailing
lists page in favor of links to the volity.net forums page.

Salient links:

* http://volity.net
This is the Volity Network's main page, with sidebar summaries of
recent blog and forum posts, and cute little orange RSS-feed links for
lots of stuff.

* http://volity.net/blog/
The core development team's blog.

* http://volity.net/community/forums.html
The volity.net forums page. See especially
http://volity.net/community/forum.html?forum_id=6, the developers'
forum.

* http://planet.volity.net/
Planet Volity, an aggregator that mixes reports of Volity activity
with posts from various blogs we're interested in. (Presently it's a
tad overpopulated by my own livejournal's game-tagged posts, so
suggestions for more sources are welcome.)

Lots of things that happen on the Volity Network have RSS feeds
associated with them. If I have overlooked something, let me know, and
I'll wrap yet another feed around it.

Other stuff I'll mention, while I'm here...

* I'm giving a talk about Volity at the April 10 meeting of the Boston
Perl Mongers, a local Perl users group. The meeting starts at 7pm at
MIT, room E51-376. Details: http://volity.net/blog/entry.html?id=112

* I've begun a push to increase awareness of Volity among game-loving
hackers, in an attempt to stir up developer interest in Gamut, the
web-based client, and other subprojects. I have started to post around
a "want ad", the text of which you can see here:
http://volity.net/community/forum_showpost.html?num=78#177

As noted in the volity.net blog, I'd love to hear more ideas about
getting the message out, and you should feel free to adapt and echo
the ad in other venues that you already know about.

See you online!
