Microsoft hasn't sold a Fortran compiler for a long time.
Microsoft got out of the market when Digital released 
Digital Visual Fortran (DVF), which became Compaq Visual
Fortran (CVF), which was subsequently merged with (or
replaced by) Intel Visual Fortran (IVF).
