Re: bugg

Hi.  the  control insert space opens app specific preferences.  In his mail, he was in
nautilus when he pressed it.  There isn't a general tab in the app specific preferences.  To open Orca's
default preferences, use insert space instead.
This isn't a bug, just a case of a user not reading the manual.
