Feature Unproposal: Dynamic Help Menus

I notice the feature page for dynamic help menus in 3.4 has been
migrated to the 3.6 features:

I'm officially unproposing this for 3.6. It would take a lot of
time to redo my implementation for changes in our platform and
in our application designs, and I'm just not going to have very
much time to devote to GNOME development this cycle.
