unfortunately the database restore didn't work as expected, we tried
importing directly the relevant /var/lib/mysql/bugs directory to speed
things up and avoid the use of mysqldump for dumping and restoring the
database. (apparently doing that with an InnoDB database is a no way) I'm
currently trying a restore of our nightly generated database checking for
an average amount of time for the whole process to happen.
Bugzilla.gnome.org has been activated again in the meantime, please look
for an additional outage announcement soon.
Thanks a lot for your patience and understanding,
