GNOME 3.13.91, second beta release!

Hello all,

Here comes GNOME 3.13.91, our second beta release and a new step
towards 3.14.0, scheduled to be released September 24th; but before
that we have to take all opportunities to test things thorougly, so
go download it, test it and file bug reports, let's make the release
rock solid.

To compile GNOME 3.13.91, you can use the jhbuild modulesets published
by the release team (which use the exact tarball versions from the
official release):

The release notes that describe the changes between 3.13.90 and 3.13.91
are available. Go read them to learn what's new in this release:

This release is a snapshot of development code. Although it is
buildable and usable, it is primarily intended for testing and hacking
purposes. GNOME uses odd minor version numbers to indicate
development status.
