Fwd: mono 2.0, solaris x86, bootstrap

Note: /opt/gdb is a self-compiled amd64 GDB - not needed for  
bootstrapping.
Some GNU packages from the Companion CD are used here, Subversion  
comes from sunfreeware.com.
