Indeed, that's were I stole the idea from.  That was brilliant! I never
knew it until recently, because I always use WinBoard, where this trick
does not (and could not) work because the piece menu is for both colors
at once. We should definitely keep it when I make a one-color version of
the graphical edit-position pop-up.
