Any Qt 4.2.x and Qt 3.3.x are ok.

I don't expect any problems with the code, as it is already tested well in by 
previous Qwt snapshots, and AFAIK qmake didn't change.

If you have a commercial license, please check the Qwt MathML extension. 
Unfortunately there is no example using it, but all you need to do is pass a 
MathML expression instead of a plain text f.e to QwtPlot::setTitle.
