Until recently new versions were held up by the libgpewidget version in
Debian - now, since sarge is imminent, I'm just trying to make sure that
a usable set of packages gets in, by not breaking anything before then.
Once sarge is released we can push in some more unstable packages.

Certainly though there's lots of room for people beyond Phil and me to
get involved in GPE-related Debian packaging.
