Hi,

I tried to mount samba share located on desktop from USB connected OZ 3.5.4:

I still get the error message in dmesg:
smbfs : mount_data version 1919251317 is not supported

I created smbmount package, that works on OZ 3.5.4. The binaries were taken from package over here:

http://www.killefiz.de/zaurus/showdetail.php?app=220

I removed embedded ncurses and pam libraries, and, instead, added dependencies on libraries in OZ 3.5.4. You can get the package from following URL:

Is there reason, why OZ 3.5.4 does not include smbmount package?

For some reason, mount command does not work, you need to use smbmount:

smbmount //neo/backup /backup/ -o username=arieh,password=abc
