If you're going to put them on any day, then why not just put them  
all on the Sunday as appointments all timed at 22:45 with an alarm  
when you first enter them. When you review them, just make them  
untimed floats at that stage and change the date to whatever day you  
like if you're going to postpone them to a set day.
