So...let me get this straight:
1. For the display options in the day view, you've selected Integrated and
Bottom next to "ToDo's:"
2. Meanwhile, in Preferences/Split Screen, you've selected Bottom next to
"Window Position:"

Having all of the settings as described above, your Day view still displays
todos in a window at the top of the screen?
