Hi, there is no problem!I have also an "old" rcx1.0 with a mindstorm 1.5 kit. some weeks ago I have to build the 2.0 kit with the rcx1.5 (one reason is, I needed an usb tower). So I update both rcx withe the newest firmware from LEGOs website and it work fine. I dont saw any difference between this both bricks. best regards Thorsten -----Original Message----- > Date: Tue, 6 Jul 2004 14:38:10 +0200 > Subject: RCX firmware vs hardware > From: Pete Hardie <pete.hardie <at> sciatl.com> > To: lego-robotics <at> crynwr.com > > > All, > > I've got an RCX 1.0, and my son has a 1.5.
