first of all thank you all for your interest
second i have configured the snmp community on the juniper but i can't install the MRTG or  cacti  on my pc so
can you advise me with the steps of installation and how to configure it on my juniper

This can be a pretty deep discussion.
 
In a nutshell, though, you’ll need to enable logging on the policy that handles the traffic. That will write everything to the local log file.
 
Unfortunately, the local log file is typically quite small and overwrites quickly. You’ll probably need to set up a syslog server (kiwi is free) and enable syslog on the Juniper to write to the syslog server.
 
Then you might need a log parser (I’ve used sawmill) to sift through the mountain of data.

i need your help in my a issue  that is related with monitoring the traffic on juniper ssg520 netscreen firewall because sometimes i found a huge traffic come to me
so i want to monitor in and out of my  firewall devise i want to know who access which site please reply me
