Horde 2.2.4 (final)

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the official release of the Horde
Application Framework version 2.2.4.

The Horde Application Framework is a general-purpose web application
framework in PHP, providing classes for dealing with preferences,
compression, browser detection, connection tracking, MIME handling and
more.

Changes in this release:

    - SECURITY: A dereferer has been added to strip off session information
      from links to the outside of the Horde system to protect against
      session hijacking.
    - SECURITY: Code has been added to help avoid some intermittent
      session fixation issues.
    - BUG FIX: Correctly quote some preferences values (Bug #1224).
    - BUG FIX: Fix buggy behavior with some versions of PEAR's Log module.
    - Added Arabic Translation.
    - Added Macedonian Translation.
    - Other minor changes and cleanups.
