Eclipse 3.3 milestone 5 (M5) is available for download from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index.php. This drop is being propagated to the various Eclipse mirror sites, which usually takes a day or so.

For people who already downloaded the integration build with timestamp 200702091006, there's no need to download M5 - it's the same.
