[openi18n-im:01359] ANNOUNCEMENT: Release of IIIMF 12.2

Today, the IIIMF project announced the release of IIIMF r12.2. It is the
latest version of Internet/Intranet Input Method Framework libraries and
language engines with new features, such as IIIMECF, Hotkey customization,
IIIMQCF, m17n LE, and Common GUI Framework on TCH and SCH LE.

This has been a great release with total of 3 months of work - thanks to 
the developers, QA, release engineers, users and testers. Without all of 
their hard work and time, we won't able to release something we want to 
use for inputting everyday!
