Will Webstart be integrated in OpenJDK?

Hello,

Jdk-collaboration seems quite dead now, but I have a patch which has
not been looked for some time, and I would prefer of course to
contribute that patch under the OpenJDK umbrella.
Are there plans to open-source Webstart too?
