Whenever I try to use the GHNS(Get Hot New Stuff) from any supported
application, either the GHNS dialog box doesn't respond or it gives the message
in the status bar - "Loading of providers from file
http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open any GHNS supported application. For example, System settings -> Workspace
Appearance -> Desktop Theme -> Get New Themes...

Actual Results:  
Message in the Status Bar - "Loading of providers from file
http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed"

Expected Results:  
It should have retrieved the list of new desktop themes from the Internet as it
used to do till I had kde 4.4

 - It doesn't produce any result.
 - Gives the Message - "Loading of providers from file
http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed"
