[qt3 win32] qPortDebug breaks compilation!!!

Recentrly i made an update of Qt3 Win32 and try to
compile it, when soon(compiling qmake) the compilation
break with the following message:

qmake failed to build. Aborting.
It's look that gcc in C++ compiler doesn't support
variables arguments but in the C compiler it does!!
We need to change this.

Just in case i'm using gcc version 2.95.3-10 (cygwin special)
