ResizeImages plugin comeback !

Hi Digikam users,

The old plugins ResizeImages is back (old release from JpegLossLess
removed by Renchi before 0.6.0).

This plugin is a complete rewrite of that ! It's based on ConvertImages
plugins implemtation (using ImageMagick command line programs).

With this plugin, the images size can be decreased and increased [new] with 
using a kernel convolution filter...
