The bug links on old E version information pages are now broken.

Generally:

Would it be feasible to make the erights.org site's server-side 
files/templates/source available as an archive or version control 
repository?

Since it is the primary documentation for the E language, and quite out 
of date in many places, I'd like to be able to prepare patches for it.
