[groovy-dev] useful idea when submitting patches

I've just noticed some great JIRA issues from Dave Brosius where he's 
submitted an issue and a patch in one go. JIRA is currently a bit lousy 
at making it easy to find all the issues which have patches (which we 
should look at first, as folks have gone out of their way to help & 
provide a fix).

He used the naming convention [PATCH] ... for the title of the JIRA 
issue; which makes it easy to spot on the scm@...
list. 
We should try and use this convention when submitting patches - until 
the day when there's an easy way to find all outstanding issues with 
patches in JIRA...
